Is there a minimum order quantity to become a stockist?

Minimum order requirements are confirmed as part of stockist onboarding — apply via the wholesale form on our website or call 1300 293 825 and our team will talk you through current minimums.

How do I apply to become a stockist?

Complete the application form on the Wholesale page or contact us here (business name, contact details, location and store count) and our team will follow up with pricing, minimums and next steps.

What point-of-sale or display material do you provide?

We can supply product descriptions, images, social tiles and point-of-sale material such as shelf talkers and posters — ask your account contact for the current pack.

How do reorders work, and what's the typical lead time?

Stockists reorder directly through their wholesale account contact. Lead times depend on your location and order size — confirm current lead times when you set up your account so you can plan shelf stock accordingly.

Do you offer exclusive territory or area protection for stockists?

Territory arrangements are discussed individually as part of onboarding — raise this with our wholesale team when you apply.

What support do you provide stockists — training, product knowledge, marketing?

We provide product information, point-of-sale material and access to our team for product questions, so your staff can confidently explain the range to customers.

If I stock the range in-store, can customers also buy it directly from your website?

Microtek Organics sells online as well as through stockists. We can talk through how to position your store — for example, highlighting local stock availability and in-person advice as your point of difference.

What are your payment terms for wholesale accounts?

Payment terms are confirmed as part of your stockist account setup — ask our wholesale team for current terms when you apply.

Can you provide product images and descriptions for our own website or social media?

Yes — ready-to-use product descriptions and images are available for stockists to use on their own channels.

Is there a difference in margin between home garden packs and commercial-size packs?
