Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O.Box 205, Nuriootpa, SA 5355.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any products marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
If you are unsure whether your product can be returned, please get in touch before sending it back. 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. 

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you to confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@microtek-organics.com.au.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your goods are faulty, significantly different from what was described, or not fit for purpose.
