Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order size.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Metro areas: 2–5 business days

Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather) may occur. Most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframe, and if delayed, are typically delivered within 1–2 business days of the estimate.

Local Pickup
If you are local to Angaston, SA, you may choose free local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready, along with pickup details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes for bulky or liquid products. Please provide a street address.

We currently do not ship internationally.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We take great care in packing your items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@microtek-organics.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage.
If your order is lost in transit, please notify us so we can investigate with the courier.
